    Hi guys.
    Hope all is doing fine.
Earlier this week the Ford went through road worth inspection and is ready for another year. Nonetheless, the inspector told me she is braking a bit on the poor side at the rear, so this weekend I'm gonna dis***emble the drums to check it out.
I'm already looking at brake shoes and wheel cylinders to order (changed the cyls 10 years ago and never touched the shoes), but would like to ask what brand is best nowdays for these parts and what shoe size should I order:
    Shoes: 1956 FORD CUSTOMLINE 3.6L 223cid L6 Brake Shoe | RockAuto
    Cyls: 1956 FORD CUSTOMLINE 3.6L 223cid L6 Wheel Cylinder | RockAuto
    Thank you.

I’m a believer in rebuilding your own wheel cylinders. It’s an easy job with the proper diameter cups which is really all that’s needed. The steel backs and expansion spring are rarely in bad condition. It’s rare today to find USA made parts.

He got the hurt hiney because of a hint toward politics was made, he would not accept an apology and quit the group and took all the useful info from our Group. I don't know if anyone tried to contact him after that, he blocked me.
