Technical Install Rear Skirts on my Pontiac

I want to install Rear wheel skirts on my 1950 pontiac. I have a pair and the 4 brackets that came with the skirts. Has anybody got any good tips, "how to" insight on installing these or is there a thread on here that I have not been able to find? I have a rough idea of how to do them but any hints, help, what not to do, or what to do would help me out.
