Insufficient privledges

In any of the Cars for sale ads I get the message at the bottom that I have "insufficient privledges to reply here" for this ad ??
Today I have started two conversations with ronhotrod and it appears that he is not receiving either one. He also has been on HAMB twice today since posting his ad.
Please explain the msg , and what I can do to delete it.

You cannot reply to an ad. This is a settings-enforced forum rule.

You can only start a conversation. Which you did.

Messages cannot be lost without a systemic failure of the Tapatalk software.

In other words, he got the message. Whether or not he noticed, one never knows.

I knew one couldn't reply to the ad itself. I started a conversation and found out this morning it did not, for what ever reason, go through. I sent another one 6hrs later and he did receive it. I got all excited over a glitch. Thought I had to fix my HAMB account.
