Intake and "turtle-back" carb - 1949/50 Oldsmobile Rocket

Factory intake and turtle back carburetor from a 1949 or 1950 Oldsmobile Rocket 88. Don't know much about it. Appears to be in fairly good condition, but could use a cleaning. I'm sure the carb needs rebuilt. Feel free to make me an offer. Need to make it go away. Thanks!
