1952-59 Ford Interesting car

    Looks a lot like '56 Plymouth headlight that also provided the grille. Chili-size-platter-2-e1420170164660.jpg

    I thought so too initially but the Merc actually has headlight bezels that attach to the fender like the Ford. The Plymouth is part of the fender.

    It's definitely Merc headlights. I'm wondering how they accomplished it. The Merc and Ford fenders are completely different.

    At gatherings you can usually find a 55-56 Ford…. A Plymouth hardly ever and for sure no V8 sticks. Fords lasted long enough to have a second life on a dirt track… Dodges and Plymouths were just crushed. They do look good today.
