Technical Interesting Exhaust

I never create a post with any disrespect meant....
Having said that, I have started threads in the past regarding pictures of cars for sale that are dirty inside, wires hanging down, and just generally unappealing ..
This is NOT meant to be that, but just kinda interesting by showing the wide range of tastes that we all have, or in this case used to have..
Copied this picture from a car for sale, and just really found the exhaust "Treatment" very unusual.. !

It was hooked to a garden hose, which is why the car is for sale.

I think he means the handlebar.

I see a mini bike behind the car - handle bar and seat.
Not an exhaust pipe in sight

So what am I missing?
