There was a Brit that was doing a major restomod of a van like that years ago. Lost touch on his progress, I'll have to go track it down. They do have the pockets that rot out, so inspect carefully.

That 57 might be a good start, DD style, if it's not rusted out.

Driving into Georgia to pick up a '65 Falcon, and all this was along the road in Ranger, GA. Whatever prices the owner put on the were all sun faded to the point I couldn't read them. Just thought it was cool.

  5. East cowdung is where all the treasures are buried. You can’t have a barn find without farmers…

Sure is. I have seen an odd one or two with a sub-$1000 asking price, but the one you posted sounds like a good deal.

BTW, what is that cannister(?) tapped into the bellhousing area? Oil filter, maybe?

We live in the heart of Cowdung, but in the last few years a lot of the cows have been replaced by almonds and grapes.

    That caddy is 3500.
The studes seem like a heck of a deal. Too far for me to haul back n forth.

  21. I know the man that owns this car I'm not real close friends with him but he seems to be a really good guy.
Anyways I have been watching his car drop and price on Craigslist for weeks if not months now and I figured since it is a 30-31 Ford Model A Victoria it's a pretty neat car since it looks complete and the price is fair I think since it's just a basket case but a complete car https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/pts/d/sugarloaf-1930-model-victoria/7733505623.html

  22. Not sure what constitutes inexpensive, but I think it has interesting covered. This one would cost about 3/4 of $11,500 if you paid the asking price in US funds. 0319DA5A-CBE6-4C32-837C-A6506A4E3A61.jpeg

  25. That's an odd work seat at the back of that Stude in the shop. Seems like it should at least have some casters on it.
