It would cost you more than the price of the truck to transport it from Sandy, Oregon to Louisville, Kentucky.
    It's 2300 plus miles.

i don't open them all up but i opened a few from In-The-Pink because he is somewhat local to me and noticed that the 52 dodge coronet, the 50 chevy deluxe and the 56 dodge lancer hopefully got sold seeing they are no longer listed for sale. so someone is picking up project cars to keep this hobby going.

I've always been fascinated by these old grain trucks, they get used for a few weeks each fall, then put back in the shed until next year. It probably has some mouse damage to the interior, but the body looks plenty solid.

Got to love these adds and the people that post them. This is neither an Econoline or an E350. It is a Ford C-Series, Most likely a C500 or C600 judging by the 6 bolt rims. The heavier GVW C700's and C800's would have a Dayton style hub.

Not the fault of the guy posting it. When you list a vehicle on Marketplace, Facebook has a list of models to choose from, and you have to pick one. It is a very incomplete list. So if your model isn't one of the selections on the list, you end up just picking whatever.

One more reason for me to dislike and not use Facebook. Details matter.

I'd guess that it is a couple things, They tend to have people that can't spell the name even if it's in the pictures they post and also so they can search easier. Wouldn't want to buy a curated list, that would cost money!

Yeah Marketplace is actually pretty terrible, crappy search etc. but it’s almost the only online sale site left. Enshittification as Cory Doctorow says

Came across an interesting one today. 1947 Lincoln convertible in Somerset, NJ. Dude is asking $4,750.

Here's the language of the ad:
1947 Lincoln continental convertible was a barn fine (sic) by owner in 1970 Motor is not original it has a 1964 Cadillac motor in it now Have leather material for interior and a replacement top Needs a lot of TLC Not running Has no title Selling as a parts car has been stored in the trailer since 1970

Kinda cool that someone stuffed a 64 Cadillac 390 in there at some point trying to be awesome. Could be a neat, cool, old car

A lot of post-war Lincolns ended up with Cad engines in them. If I remember correctly (not often), some Lincolns had HydraMatic trans in them from the factory and when the V-12 took a shit, the conversion was relatively easy -- including a big horsepower change.

The big Lincoln is cool for sure, but it's also looking pretty rough, and I've been kinda shocked at how cheaply nice versions of this car sell for. This one would be a good start for a full custom build maybe.
