    That is a Stude chassis to go with the motor. 1955 Chevy firewall and dash, possibly a convertible at that. Doors and quarters are Henry J. No say of front end sheet metal. Boat top. Interesting but I don't need any more projects. I'll drive over if you are interested.

    I still like the idea,my "J" could turn up ;),but that photo has zero parts like my full custom. Plus my power that I added to replace the factory 4cly J motor ,was a Olds Rocket 88.
    In any case,thanks for keeping an eye out :D:cool:.
    I often wounder,if my "J" had not been stolen in late 1964.
    Would I of kept "J" all these years ;),or only kept my 28A=I had both and loved both.
    The "J"custom was actually a better driver at the time, with a working folding top an roll-up door windows,= Good for date night an stuff.
    28A hotrod ,had no top, just a snap on tonneau for cockpit ,used a trash bag for engine cover, {good for being parked} but driving "A" in rain was a PITA. It took me years,before doing a folding top for my "28A-roadster".o_O:(:D CarCraft J 1963.jpg

    This Dana 's car. He used a ' Stude back window for a windshield. edit Dana posted while I was trying to figure out how to post a picture I copied. I have no idea why it posted multiple copies.

    @dana barlow is it really inconceivable that this isn’t your car? Same quarter panels, same shaved doors, sure someone swapped a 55 Chev dash and ws frame but 60 years is a long time to see some things changed

  23. There are probably extra "ATTACH" commands*. To delete the extra copies, press the "EDIT" button, then delete any extra ATTACH commands.

    If there are extra attachments, those can be deleted in the "Attachment Files" box.

    * Commands are within square brackets. There are two commands, the opening and the ending, and the ending one will generate automatically. The opening command just has square brackets around it, and the ending also has a forward slash (/) before the command.

    Thanks for interest,cool.
    Things not EZ to see in my old pics,,,I had done,all four fenders had custom statinless wheel well flairs,and top of rear "J" fenders was welded steel sheet fites on= making it like a 1957 chevy fin{ vs Cady pop up style of factory "J" }
    I had also welded in Desoto dash.
    Over the yeaars, I thought; it may of been the fact my "J" was in Car Craft mag at the end of 1962 [ Jan 63 mag. ] that put target on it for the scumbag that took it.
