For what it's worth: I believe Superior in South Amboy is still in business. They were never cheap, but their work was 1st class.

The 442 bucket seats will need welded in a few areas, as all GM buckets of that era do. 62-64 buckets are more prone to be needed welded in a few places. Look for little hairline cracks that will grow. More than likely there will be a broken spring. The burlap will need to be replaced. The frames and seat tracks will need to be painted and maybe sandblasted. All screws will need to be replaced with new and the plastic pieces will need to be cleaned and dyed or be replaced. The chrome plastic around the headrest posts will look shabby too as well as the frontseat back button. On the front seats, replace the rope in the listings with a metal rod. The welt will be level and not have dips in it when hogringed down. I NEVER use aftermarket premade foam, cause it never fits right and looks like crap. A good interior man can foam up a seat the correct way. A good rebuilding of the front seat buns is far better than the premade stuff anyday of the week. All other burlap, foam and cotton should end up in the trash. And then there`s the job of putting on the covers.
