Been lurking the board a couple weeks now. Very impressed with all the knowledge. I picked up a 54 Bel Air project a couple of weeks ago. Frame looks very solid, body is in pretty good shape. Will be doing the usual metal work on the rear quarters. The car has a gm350 with what I have been told is a th350 trans. We got the car running the first day and the motor looked very clean under the covers. The brakes and lines are shot as water got into the master. Right now she is waiting on a mustang II that should be in hand around December. I'll be collecting parts and doing general clean up until then.
I was trying to post from my phone, doesn't look like it showed up. Doubt I'm going to post a full "build" but I certainly appreciate everything I'm learning here. She's going to be a driver for sure, and probably not much will be done that hasn't been seen here before.
