I'm new here, but I've been lurking for a long time and just registered a little while ago. Anyways the gist is I'm an I-CAR certified welder, and have a few I-CAR paint/body certs and am in the process of getting more. I'm heavily into the rods and customs, along with old cycles (both motorized and pedal driven). Unfortunatly, right now I don't have the time or space to devote to a project car, so I may start building up a bobber this spring, just for something to play with. As such I'm just doing smaller side projects for now. Next in line to be done is a tank off a '94 sportster, and the complete customization of a 2004 HD FXSTI's sheet metal. I do have the very beginings of a website up, being www.gckustoms.com. There are a LOT of updates that need to get done to the site, but again that falls on the lack of time thing. I also do some side photography, mainly car shows and the like. Unfortunatly as I was short on time this year I only made it out to the Hunnert Pileup, a VW aircooled show, and a PT show I was comissioned to shoot pictures at for the 2nd year in a row. Anyway I'm done. I've rambled enough. Nice site ya guys have here.
thanks for the welcome, and the heads up on not having the profile filled out. I completely forgot to do that. Anyway hopefully soon I'll have the site updated with some pictures of that sportster tank at least. It's my first time shooting water bourne paint, so I'm hoping it turns out OK. Everything else I have ever shot has been solvent borne. Anybody ever used that autoair paint? I saw their site and kind of want to give it a shot just to see how it lays out.
