I am a bodyman out of Indy. I work for Shoe @ The Dealership. I have had a few projects over the years 32 ford coupe, 59 apachie , 57 cameo, 55 cameo, I have a couple of BSA's. I currently and working on a 65 289 cobra for a guy and that is pretty much taking up most of my time right now so nothing else is getting done.... well except my current bosses projects... I dont know a whole lot about the specfics of older cars but i have always been into cars.... I couldnt tell you the exact options that came on a 59 impala or a 52 vette or a 29 model T. But hey thats what im here for right??????????? I do have my own shop at home as most everyone does who is on here. I have had vehicles that i have worked on in magazines(which means Jack Sh*t)to me but to some it makes all the difference in the world... Im not into "clicks" or conforming to have a good time. I do pretty much what and how I want to do. Im usually the quiet one in the group that every now and then throws out ideas after all the aspects are exhausted. Anyways Ill see everyone out there
hey Airhammer, Welcome ta the HAMB...... Do you have and use an airhammer to shape sheetmetal, or is that jus' a handle? If so do you have any pictures of it to post? Beating fenders for a living is a tough way to make a living, always has been. S****ey Devils C.C.
Thanks well I thought up the handle cause my bays at work are right next to Daves office and he is constantly complaigning cause he cant hear on the phone etc... and that I use it entirely too much for ripping apart wrecks etc... Im like well its just another day at the office for me. lol I have access to lots of new tools since i started working there seeings how my bays used to be his hot rod building areas and on any given day god only knows what will come through the doors with him around......... I get ya a pic of it on monday it s the biggest, loudest, and meanest one i could buy from Snappy. I enjoy what i do and hate it at times with a p***ion too... but all in all i work with descent people and have something to show for it when im done....
