nimrod welcome. Is that sporty frame bend down on the rear triangle or is it just the pic? did you buy that frame or fab it yourself? It just looks a little"off" to me. FS
Hey Fastsporty, not sure what you meant there. But thats a modified sportster frame, using the sportsters two bottom tubes, the head tube, and the junction piece behind the gas tank (shouldn't have used that, a little too bulky). I could use some tips on posting photos if anyone can help. I tried to link to some pictures I saved at Photobucket.com and that just resulted in a red X. And I can't seem to figure out how to resize small enough to attach them dirrect. I'm a computer rookie!
I love yer stuff... especially that last pic. I was hoping to see it on the salt in August... didn't It needs to grace the walls in my livingroom!!!!
I was there last August, almost all week! '99 was my first time, and I think I'm hooked. I don't think I'll ever miss speedweek.
yup thats the roadster i swear that thing is perfect in everyway, im gonna start billing you for my film though i always manage to take pics of it whenever i see it
I missed this the first time around. I have always admired your roadster also. Welcome to the HAMB, it's good to have some more guys here that are building early hot rods. Neal...inCA
Missed this 1st time round too. How come you don't live in Watersmeet. That's home of the Nimrods, ya know. Yeah, I know, stupid reference to ESPN commercial.
Welcome to the HAMB Nimrod! I kinda-sorta met you at my party when I had the motor-meltdown... I remember seeing your roadster out in front of my house... it's all a blur... (and I was bummed we didn't get to talk) Anywho, welcome aboard! Sam.
I totally dig your roadster! I stared at it for a long time in downtown after BilletProof 02. I'm heading down to visit friends in Santa Cruz in the next few weeks, and I'd love to meet you in person. jay
Hey Sam I loved the motor melt down, and was sorry I never got a chance to thank you there and talk to you some.
