Hey Everyone! I am new here and I just wanted to introduce myself to all of you. I am into the old school bikes, especially bobbers. I also have quite an appreciation for the old school traditional hot rods as well. I am SLOWLY aquiring the parts to build a knuckle headed bobber. see ya all on the board. Cannonball

Triumph Terror, The Bike is sweet. Like I said, I am SLOWLY gathering the bits and pieces for the bike. I located a fresh knuckle motor with papers. Its a '46. I am wondering how many quarts of blood the guy is gonna want for it. I guess we will see.... By the way, Sugarloaf IS up near Hazleton, PA
Knucklebobber, Your name caught my eye. I'm probably newer to the HAMB than you are but welcome aboard. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for knucks, I built a 47 EL in the late 60's and have a 38 basketcase waiting in the wings right now. I know of another member that has a knucklehead project too, maybe he'll post a pic of his. Anyway, here's an old picture of mine. Like I said it was a 47 model, and I talked the local "harley packrat" into swapping me a XA springer for it. I rode it lots of miles and then swapped it for a nearly new Shovelhead that I chopped (old term, not like new "choppers"). I don't regret swapping, but I would like to have the Knuck back. Keep us informed on your progress. Guess I'd better head back to the shop and tinker a little. Later, Larry T
