Hey, My names Allan and I've been watching the H.A.M.B for a while......... great info. Anyway, figured I'd register and join the conversation. I'm located in Alberta, Canada and yes the snow has melted. I've currently got an unrestored (73,000 mile) 57 Fairlane 500 Skyliner (nice patina) and a 39 Ford Deluxe coupe I'm building a traditional rod out of. I'm going with a 57 312 Y-block with a Offenhauser Tri-power and Holly dual point Distributor. I'm using a Offenhauser ****** adapter to bolt up a 40 ford 3 speed and an old Hurst motor mount kit to bolt it in. I'm also using a 57 ford 9". The car sat upside down in a ravine for 40 years and was pretty trashed. Thanks for the cool site.
