hello everyone, I just wanted to tell a little about myself, I have been building custom stuff for a while but just got into the rod scene, I am a pinstriper not by trade but just because I love painting scolls and such, that is probably what turned me on to rods in the first place. My current project is a '29 model fordor that I am turning into a phateon. Motivation will be a Caddy 331, it's channeled 4 inches Z'd 4 more up front and 11 inches in the back with probably be finished in suede. Thanks in advance for all the help that you guys can offer. No good pics of my project at this time so I attached a pic of my daughter in the new so-cal belly tank from the bonneville nationals 2003.

welcome Ckdesigns from another Utahan. Where in Ut. are you from? I dont know of many pinstripers here in UT. I am in SLC, and dying of this inversion we have been having for 3 weeks straight. If you ever want to hang with like minded inviduals get a hold of us, there are a few Utahans here on the Hamb.. You will like it here its a great place to learn and make you wish there was more going on here..

Ya I am from Ogden been here my whole life and ya this inversion really ****s although its probably worse in SLC. here's a pic from when I first started the project
the long roof behind the A is a 72 suburban thats channeled four inches and the rockers are on the floor
