Hi, Replied to a more door post, awhile back on the HAMB, and was contacted by skoh73 to check out this group.........so, I've been lurkin'. There seems to be a wide varity of "type's of builds", so what I've been building might be of interest to some. A few years back a friend had to return to Mexico and left his '56 Ford 4 door to me....it didn't run, broken piston ring. Sat around the shop for quite awhile, as I didn't quite know what to do with a 4 door, when I had an idea. Still in the build process, but getting close to teardown. It is now chopped 8", welded fender skirts, rear bagged (lays frame), fuel cell above radiator in trunk, '48 Chevy front axle, forged spindles, corvair steering box, wilwood brakes and a GMC 6-71 blown Chrysler Marine Hemi with 2x4 Carter 500 Competion AFB's, bolted to a Turbo 400. I'll get one of my computor literate friends to help me post a photo. Can't wait to be able to drive it. Lots more work and that other necesity.......long green. Jerry Sezar
Hey Jerry, Glad you joined us! I posted a thread in our group on how to post pictures. I made it as simple as I possibly could; give it a shot if you want. I know that we love to see those pictures. Again, welcome. Scott
