Hi, I'm Brian B I'm 17 and I was born in Georgia and probably be here till I die. I've been into cars as long as I can remember, mainly Volkswagens but my dream car has always been a Merc or T-bucket. Lead Sled for the Merc and Traditional rod for the bucket. I'd thought of putting both my interest together but never had the resources until I moved into a new house and finally got my first car and a Garage! The car was a 72 Standard Beetle which is a everyday driver to School, work and to chicks places. I hung around the normal VW sites with my flat black flamed 72 but no one got what I was going after until I got a invite to a site called VolksRods.com VolksRod So for almost a year now I've been turning my 72 into a lead sled and just bought a 69 Beetle that I'm chopping, sectioning and shorting. Some cool music that ya can hear coming out of my garage would be Stray Cats, Lynyrd, Elvis, George Thorogood, Chuck Berry, Berry White (Lowrider), Buddy Holly, Johny cash, The Comets, The Ventures and many many more!
They call me the Breeze-Huh? U coulda picked that up from Ronnie VanZant.......fairly good INTRO-I think you are into other cars than some-But lets see some pics of your project..........VW huh?
Welcome to the HAMB. Not a bad intro. Also that would be War (Lowrider) It's good to see that young kids are still playing the old stuff.
Welcome Brian B from Brian E - what part of Ga are you in? There are some HAMBers from Ga on here. I am in the capital of South Ga. Jacksonville Fla. Lets see some pics of the Dub.
I'm in northeast GA Thanks for the welcomes! As for the pics I just created this site so please excuse the spelling and stupidity. Car Domain/GeorgiaGreaser These are all old pictures so theres a big difference now, I'll get my lazy *** together and get some new pictures.
How far north and how far east? I'm NW of Atlanta. Bug would look cool with a Carson top. Nice car and welcome.
I'm in northeast GA Braselton area, Jackson County. I was thinking on a carson but I like the sedan to much to chop it off so I decided to chop it "Merc style" straight chop 6" all around. Then I'm goning strecth the fenders out like the cheap drawing at the bottom of my page.
