I am just getting started here. I have been a gearhead for a number of year. I grew up on a farm so this was my first introduction to machinery. Our "Hot Rodding" was tractor pulling. The first and not very good one built was a 276 De Soto Hemi in a 70 Oliver tractor. Later we put a 5/8 stroked 392 Chrysler in front of a 88 Olivar tractor rearend. Then that morfied in to the same engine in a Mini Pulling tractor. I have built several of my own parts for the early Hemi and copied other with what I think were improvments. I also have a pretty good understanding of electrics as I trained as a electronics technician. I have also messed with turbo-charging a Mopar slant 6 and I also have what I think is a good understanding of Hilborn constant flow injection system. We used one on the stroked 392 in which we burnt " Clear Fuel ". I also like working on converting engines to LP fuel. George Moore recommended I check this site out. Kent
Welcome to you from Sweden... Hmm converting an engine to run on Liquefied petroleum could be interesting! Would you mind doing a tech thred on the subject? Klaus
Welcome to the HAMB Kent, I am still using your Early Hemi to 727 trans adapter I purchased back in the early eighties...way before the Internet & email was trendy.
