Praise the Lord, it done finally got done! And quite an awesome demonstration of the Tardelian Black Arts, I must say. I remember the earlier mockup incarnation of the Cochran Coupe when it was channeled down to the pavement... loved that concept, but left me wondering how Ryan would shoehorn his ugly 6'4" carcass in the cockpit. This final version is just an absolute knockout, from the stance to the proportion to the drivetrain combo, it just oozes perfect HAMBitude. Congrats to Ryan, Keith, Mary & Marcy and anybody else involved.
Not only a bitchen ride but a great story behind it. Congratulations on the new ride...now lets see some audio/vidoe files of that beast! Bill
What a heart touching story, making life long freinds and having a common bond in true HotRods. The triple-black is spot on, and I like others cannot wait to see more close up and detailed shots. You, with allot of help have created the HAMB family, bringing togather people from all over the world with simular and like interests. This is but a stepping stone to greater and better days to come. Keep the faith and enjoy the rewards of your hard work. Congradulations!
Someday I hope to be the kind of person that somebody would do that for. Suspicions about Ryan confirmed. You deserve it Poobah.
Wow, this post just blew me away !! What a great friendship and more. This is history, man, history. Just an amazing car and amazing story. Congrats,Ryan and Marcie!!!
Bitchin' machine. I haven't seen any thing come out of Rex Rods that didn't give me a boner. Nice one!
well what more can be said, but congrats first off on having such a good friend that there is hard to come by these days. Then congrats on the coupe it is awesome, a perfect hot rod. You will have it at the Revolution next year right?
chill bumps all over! Man what a story and the car is great too but like you said nothing can ever beat a friend who can see your vision! You are a lucky man to have the Tardel/Cochran connection - family. congratulations
Ryan, Its just a hot rod, How fuckin' cool is that. Tell this to kieth for me, " You done good" And congrats, looks like a lotta years of fun. It just doesn't get any better than that.
The car is perfect......but more than that is the friendship. I believe that our lives are measured by the friends we have, yours appears quite full.
Dang, I need better friends. Awesome car, obviously. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I'm jealous. It's perfect. I'm LOVING the bigs and littles on wires. I almost hate to ask, but do you have a high-res version of this picture? I'd like a 4x3 ratio shot of it for my Desktop if I can get one.
We always talk about Karma...That is the good Karma you posses. Very cool - enjoy the fruits of Mr. Tardel's labor. You are laboring on other things that are benfiting an whole industry.
Real cool. I'm really starting to get an affection (or affliction?) for 30-31 coupes on deuce rails. This only fuels the fire that much more. Cool car and even cooler story.
This is one time deal man... No more pics of me... Considering the circumstances, I just thought it was appropriate. ----- As for the car, I can't begin to explain how perfect it is. Have you ever gone to a dealership and driven home a brand new car? Same thing here... It's just perfect... So detailed. The craftsmanship is second to none. And it's my dream car. I'm still waiting to wake up. Tardel rules.
Ryan...I'm sure you have tons of pics, but if you want any from the Revolucion in high res, let me know. Bryan
