    Here is my intro.

I am Maximum Alley. My name comes from my twins Max and Alley. I am currently trying to gather parts for a traditional hotrod. Something made in the mid 50's to early 60's. I hope to use the information here to make it as period correct as safely possible. I have read a number of threads as guest and see that there are tons to learn. I really want to be able to involve my kids and start a tradition within my family. I have worked in Engineneering for 10 years and have built everything from industrial machines to my home.

As for the car, I am looking to build a Model A Tudor (with room for the 4 of us). Powered by a 50's v8 and a 3 speed. Body chopped 4 inches and channeled 4 inches over a Z'd frame using Model A rails. I want to be able to run at Maxton in a vintage cl***. One of my biggest problems is finding what would have been the components used by hotroders in the 50's. I think that wont be a problem after spending time here

    Thanks ,

    Maximum Alley

Welcome Max/Alley, you have come to the only place to find that info. These people are the ****. "Take a kid to a car show" That's my motto. Here is a pic. of my son, everything I buy he wants. It's all good. Bryan

Thanks everyone. I am really looking forward to some of the shows in the Wilmington area. So far the next one is on the 19th. Rims on the water or something like that. I need to find out more.
