Good to know! As I too have a 53 Ply Cambridge 2 door. I have been looking for patch panels for the front floorboard(driver side), and the "Plymouth" script emblem on the trunk. I have not started restoration yet, but I'm gathering parts as I can. Well I tried to attach a pic, but the file is too big. Glad to know there are others out there that are interested in reviving the "Ugly Duckling"

Have you had any luck finding the patch panel for the driver side front floorboard? I'm also looking for one of those.

Sounds like the same spot rusted out on all of these cars. I've searched high and low at all the repro catalogs and advertisers in the car mags adn I can't find anyone that makes new floorboards for this year Plymouth. Probably have to fabricate it myself. If you guys find any parts sources for this car, please post. Kanter auto sells suspension/brakes/engine/some interior stuff and Steele Rubber products has some of the rubber items, but they are expensive in my opinion, and they do not have the windshield rubber I need.
    Later,

i think i might be on few with one of these cars that has intact floor board and no rust in the trunk areas either. this was posted in another thread they might be able to help with the floor pans...

These guys in Conneticut have floor pans done for yer car: Floors-N-More 860-829-2076 cell # 860-655-6966 They also have alot of patch panels too. It depends on where ya live on the shipping costs, that I do not know. They can tell ya when ya give them a call. Let me know if this helps ya out. I have a '53 Wagon myself. They have the floors and other panel pieces for mine and yers too. KNUX!

Good luck and let me know how it turns out. i think the are about a dozen of us that have these cars on this forum and we have to stick together.

There is a place that advertises on E-bay quite often that makes replacement floor pans for 53-54 Plymouths. I'll see if I can find a link.
