    Hello Hambers!

I really need to make an introduction here because i have been reading on here for a while now and posted my first comment just a minute ago without proper introducing myself.

New member from the Netherlands and "car" was the first word i could say.. later came the word Mom and other words ;).

Started working in a bodyshop/collision center at 17 and did bodywork/metalwork for 8 years and after that made some kind of a career to proof myself but always came back to cars.

I really want to say that the H.A.M.B. opend my eyes to traditional and i want to thank all the people involved for their hard work.

    Respect!

    Peace, Tanoki

Welcome to the group. I still say CAR and MOM. Most of the other words I say are four letter words when things don't go well in the garage. Quite often, I believe. But it's a fun hobby. Keep enjoyin it.

    Hey Dutch Deuce!

Thanks for the welcome from Goeree Overflakkee :) I bet you there arn't that many Americans that can pronounce that haha.

I like both hotrods and customs and at the moment i am building a custom VW Panelvan.

  6. Thanks for the reply
In the 90's i used to have a chopped Beetle (still around today in The Hague) and a 65 splitbus and several other aircooled VW's until i bought
my first old Ford (29 Model A) and that was also the end of my VW era.
Good luck with ours and it's never too late to switch.
