Event Coverage Irwindale Swapmeet Today!!!! Wet...small...GREAT!!!

Dullchrome met me at 8am,at a gas station by my house and we rode over in the Coupe... It was cool,but dry when we left. It started drizzling as we got off the frwy,and looked like it had been pouring recently!!!!
There was only about 40-50 venders,but mostly old ****! Not like Pomona,with all the newer stuff. Dullchrome and I went through EVERY SPACE AND EVERY BOX!!!!!
I scored some cool ****...I'll tell you about after the pic's...

I am so ready for swapmeet season...sigh.

 

These two guys had some great ****!!! I bought some Bonneville ****ons from them. They has some speed blisters,I think thats what they're called,but he wanted $45 each for them.

 

I have to say that I am pretty excited about my tail lights, but the best part of the day had to be the ride home...stay tuned and I am sure Bob will fill ya all in.

 

I love these Quarter-midgets. This is one of the newer ones. I like the old Curtis ones...

 

How about these babies!!!! $2500. I got his number,if anybody is interested...

As we came walking up to this Shoebox,Chris says "did you see that one in the Suede Palace?". I said "that's Pepe's,it's nicer than this one". Then we get closer and there's Pepe sitting in a chair next to it!,hahaha! It was funny! He offered us some beer. Thanks buddy...Love your car!
