T front axle is basically worthless. $100-$200 is standard price for an uncut Model A frame depending on condition, and a cowl might go for anywhere from $50 to $200 depending on what it's from (roadster is different than sedan, ect) and whether or not it has a windshield frame and other parts.

A cut-up frame and a generic sedan cowl with no windshield frame is $100 all day long. I'd say hold out, unless there's something else there to justify the price (like a ***le, that'd be worth the money by itself)
