IS anyone getting anything done in this heat?

I touched up some scratches on my chassis today. Paint dried real fast, and hard as a rock! So that's one good thing about the heat.....the driveway makes for a great paint booth, with natural heat lamps. lol.

 

Plugged a flat tire on my convertible today...

 

Supposed to be 105+ in dodge city ks for the whole week. Our dodge city days car show is on saturday, and i got a lot left to do. Seems i will be needing a fan in the garage!

 

My fans usually keep me comfortable in the shop but the last 4 days have made heat breaks (2 to 5 pm) necessary. peace

 

got little done this summer. i drove ready-mix trucks for 30 years and had enough of the summer heat here in st. louis. put a kenmore ac in the garage--it shot craps on its second anniversary. i feel that the sears-brand products ain't what they used to be. the mini ac system is looking good right about now!
