Is it a 30 or a 31?

Cowl bands were used on some 28-29 Fordors and Cabriolets too, but they were chrome-plated steel or br***.
The split aprons are unique to 1930 although some very late production ones likely had the 31 one piece style. The apron and runningboard on the 30s are one-piece, the front curved section is spot-welded to make one piece with the front fender.
Never heard of the rectangular brackets for radiator support RODS(not arms) before though.
Some 30s had the oval Speedometer and 28-29 style instrument panel too.
