...at the Moon Eyes X-mas show last weekend i took this photo of James rapping with VF and he was sporting the Beatnik colors also watched Hot Rod Trio play and met singer/guitar player Buddy Dughi ( builder of my Coupe) and showed him a few pics of the small model i built of it He was stoked that his car is in good hands and that's it's being driven! I met Mr. Barris as well and went to his place in Hollywood on last Monday to check out his toy collections and Barris built cars thanks to Matt Olson, one of his co-workers there, he gave me the full tour of the place... super fun! Also met a Lowsprings, Lownslow and a few other hambers there at the end of the show... what a great time it was and glad i attended this year! I took lots of pics, but you've seen most of the cars on here already CAB
i heard he was spotted at billetproof a couple years back.he probably dug the fact that nobody recognized him maybe kirk hammet has been showing him the error of his musclecar ways...
I saw you there CAB, but I didn't want to be a **** and ask you if you were him or not, I wasn't 100% sure and can be kinda shy when meeting new people . (I was the 6 foot tall girl in the tank top). As for James Hetfield, I never saw the facination with him in his "hair band" look days, but he's totaly hot now! *fanning myself* Too bad I missed him.

Cab, Dave thats whats great about this board. i have met people from all over and have been helped out of situations. all because of the HAMB. maybe we should come up with a HAMB card just like AAA. show it at places and get a discount. Dave the truck is coming a along good. i will post a progress pic soon. i should also be installing the painless wiring very soon to. i have it sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. remember what the motor looked like? you'll be surprised how well it cleaned up. let me say it again. it was nice meeting you Dave and thanks for coming to my rescue when i got lost in your city. Cab it was good meeting with you as well. maybe next time we can chat longer.

[/ QUOTE ] What's funny is that we wouldn't let him in with his car bacause he was like an hour late. He tried to use the "don't you know who I am" line but the door guys said "we know who you are and we don't care, you're too late". But he must be a pretty cool guy because he just parked his T-bucket in the lot and walked in as a spectator.
