Yup, ok, now were getting somewhere.

How about some detail info on what we're looking at?

That'll help the post last because people can provide more comments. Otherwise after a few people post the usual "nice, cool, neato" the post starts to die off 'cause no one can think of more to say about photos that they don't know much about (but you do).

    Keep it coming

There was a poll recently on the HAMB. Simple question, Hot Rods or Customs. I don't know when the poll closed, but I voted after 3-4 pages of comments and customs was ahead by like 58/42 or something. So I'm not sure where the lack of love came from???
I agree you should find some place to host them if you have that many.

Twochops - Somewhere, somehow you have got to post those pics! We need to see them to with supplying our habit. We don't get enough from the Rikster, although he has the bst collection of historically correct old shit I have ever seen. And let's not forget the Frenz, his stuff is super.

Soooo, forget all this whining stuff and get going on posting some pics, including shots of your chopped '57 Buick, if I remember correctly.

I think I could spare some webspace for those pics and set up some kind of gallery if desired. Got some "Gig's" left on my server. Shoot me a PM if interested.
Getting more and more curious by the minute 'bout those pics... :D

I love to look at kustoms-especially the old stuff! They are not my personal "cup of tea" but I like to look at and can appreciate all vehicle types. Bring em on!!!! :D

Definatly post some pics. This site is just as much about customs as it is about hot rods. If you don't believe me, you must not have looked at the home page today about the Westergard style http://www.jalopyjournal.com/

R---It's a 57 retractable, I bought it in 1957, put on electric doors, lowered it , added a tube grille and lake pipes. Then when the 58's came out, I added the quad headlights, a 54 Chevy grille with extra teeth, and tunneled in 53 Ford and 54 Olds taillights. After that things got wild -- dual Studebaker pans, with 59 Chevy bumpers front and rear were installed. Will post more photos from my "New pictures old Stuff" album tomorrow evening. ---------------------- TWOCHOPS

Cool memories from the picture of Bill Hines Coupe. When I was sixteen I saw the same sight in his shop in Lincoln Park MI and that was the original "Lil Bat". Enjoyed seeing these two cars, the coupe and the El Camino, at last years Autorama.

I wasn't lucky enough to see the first "Lil Bat" being built, but did take some photos of it at shows before Bill took it to California.
If you saved your "Custom Rodder" magazines (when Jerry was editor) in an article about KKOA ---- there's a photo at the bottom of the page of me showing Bill my first photo album. They don't come any nicer than Bill Hines. --------------------------TWOCHOPS
