Is there such a thing as a 520 15" whitewall tire

I got a nice set of 15" supremes from wheel newstalgia but with the offset, and the positive camber on my corvair van I need to run a thin tire like the old 520's.

I havent had any luck in the tire department yet if anyone has any suggestions.

 

Check with the VW restoration sites. They have some skinny ass white walls for bugs. A buddy put some on his roadster a few years ago and they look great. Cheaper than Coker, too.

Yea I see them listed in 13" and 14" I am going to make some calls today

 

i have an nos pair of 5.20/14s, i don't think they've been available in 15'' for a loooooong time...

 

The radial equivalent to that size is a 135r15. We have them in stock with a 1 3/4" whitewall. PM me if interested.

 

Coker has 5.00-15's with a whitewall. About 24 ish inches tall.

 

In the last Rodder's Journal there is a guy (forgot his name) that is located in the old So-Cal speed shop. He runs this tires on pretty much everything and he might be able to point you in the right directions. I was under the assumption that these were back into production because of such a high demand. Also PM SINTICKET because I think he bought some for his '62 Galaxie recently.
