is this a good deal?

i found a 28-29 model a cowl with tank and window and a 30 model a frame out of a two door sedan for $450 obo is this a good deal.or should i wate andfind one that has more to it?

Sometimes I have to translate customer complaints so I'm used to reading writing like this. Here's my take on it.

"I [would] wait and go back to [the] beginning [and] read [the] H.A.M.B.ers [FAQ for the] how to introduce yourself [requirement]. Thanks."

I would hold off. Maybe ****** the frame, and find a more complete body down the road. This will make your life alot easier, but be prepared to spend a few more dollars for a complete body.
