that cowl looks 28-29 plymouth to me

 

All the pics I can find of '31 Dodges have square rear windows.
The '31 Plymouth was offered with the spare wells in the fenders as his has.

To me it really doesn't matter, it's a 3 window coupe and there is enough there to save it and if the price is right I would buy it, and I am thinking like the other poster that it looks like an early 30s Es*** but like I said the brand isn't important if it's cool and besides you can mix parts and always have folks wondering, what the hell is that.

Plymouth had a back gl*** like that in that era too.
