Now to stir it a bit for the older set....Is it wrong to say "Duce" if you're Italian? After all, he did make the trains run on time....

Look up Duce Bigalow Male Gigolo, I bet you won't find much with that spelling.
    On the other hand........try "Deuce".
Now where did I put those wingnuts?

That is only one of the reasons I dislike "Rat Rods". Tolerating or even promoting unsafe building practices is insane. Such junk should not even be allowed in the gate!

I think Ryan should pin "GUIDLINES: The Traditional Rat Rod Forum" to page 1, then when you click on it the link it locks up your computer with ransomware until an appropriate contribution is made toward our year end party.

Hey, don't tell DDDenny about the year end party.

Wish I had a picture: saw a center steer east coast modified with the steering box held in with muffler clamps. The u-bolt was welded into the corner junction of the rollcage front upright and one of the cage side bars. Now if he had only used the wingnuts to tighten it all up...

Does anyone know where I can get the clear radiator hose that's being used on this "car"? I also like the connecting rod being used as a steering mount bracket AND to mount the radius rod; the shock mounted to the radius rod also shows ingenuity in dual function. He's probably a plumber, and had an extra pipe wrench just lying around; use what you know and are familiar with. That frame is't "Z'd" either, it's X-Y-Z'd!!! The guys got talent, just not in building cars. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Are my old eyes off or does that "tie rod" look to be in front of the axle?
