remove the 40ies? buick taillights and conniekit and
another grille and another ch***is and there could me something done to this car.. and of course an 322 nailhead in there

The fact that its sitting on a late model ch***is shoots its value as a concept car from 1954. So the only value it has as a custom. The lines really aren't that bad.

Ya gotta admit there were a lot of pretty cool (in a space ship sort of way) concept cars in the '50s.
