I always thought the only cool way to do it was wrap a orange shop rag around it with a little duct tape lol. This was an old trick used at the dirt tracks for years.

 

in the pic they look black but they say pink is the new black.....so are they really pink?

I used to use an old sock. Then, I tried the breather inserts that have a baffle inside. Summit sells them, as well as a few others. They work great and will keep you from being gay.

Putting a pcv valve ain't going to take away from the looks of the engine than that goofy looking top water hose. Fix your ventilation problem and quit being a poser. Thats whats gay about this whole thread.

 

I use cut off pieces of old T shirts to keep mine from dripping, hell I like this idea better!

I actually use scrunchies in my hair, not to sop up oil.

Now I might have to cut up some of my good black socks as recommended.

Oil keeps the rust at bay, and chicks dig it.

A wrist sweatband sold at sports stores in various colors always worked well for some of my friends cars. As for me I'd try to fix the problem rather than put a band-aid on it.

 

Could you not put a sponge or something similar inside the tube as a oil catch, what it stops from getting out would just drip back into the crankcase.

people have posted on here on how to install a pcv on older motors without making holes in the valve covers. i'd rather see a pcv than a pair of boxers wrapped around the breather tube.
