Hot Rods Is this the Lynn Yakel coupe?

The car in this pic (stolen from Malcolm's coverage of Bad Bab's HAMB BBQ) looks surprisingly like the Lynn Yakel coupe. Meaning the chop is very similar (exact?) and the beltline is shortened on the cowl. Granted, the car is now on top of the frame again, but a lot can happen in 50 years.

I'm pretty sure the owner is a HAMB member. Since it seems Bad Bob isn't posting any more, ScooterMcrad might know who the owner is. There are some other CA guys that were at the BBQ that should also know the owner. Hopefully he could answer your question...

I highly doubt it. I'm almost positive that car is fibergl***.

 

The shape of the molded beltline doesn't match if you compare the two closely...so I'd say no.
