[IMG] Nope just another example of the complete depreviaty of our society.

Usually if these sick phucks get put behind bars the other inmates don't take to kindly to their type...and they get their's quietly behind bars; (see: child molesters).

I'm starting to think so. Last time I was there we go into an El Chicos to eat on our way back from a conference in Kansas. We get up to the door, look inside and it's a huge line. We decide to leave. Just as we're walking back to the car a squadron of cop cars without lights or sirens pour into the parking lot. All of em jump out and charge into th El Chicos. Dunno what happened, but couldn't have been good. Then for the rest of the night I was hearing sirens constantly. Must be alot of **** going on there.

It takes one sick, punk ***ed little ******* to abuse/kill someone/something weaker than himself.

Man, it makes me wish people didn't have such an at***ude toward vigilantes these days. Quite a few people could use a 'tattoo' from a louisville slugger.

The AYES have it. This is a guy just BEGGING to be made an example of. "Eye for an eye," not "3 years in the courts, and a 5 year suspended sentence for an eye."

  10. <font color="green"> Agreed, this is some sick little ****er(s) idea of a funny thing to do. It really hurts those of us who love all animals like family. Most HAMBers will agree that their pets ARE family. And with my sister being a vet in training she's ready to go find the *******s and cut their balls off. I'd be willing to hold them down while someone shoved firecrackers in their mouths. Maybe some M-80's.

Who says violence doesn't solve anything? [IMG]

  11. If or when they find them, they should just flat hang them. People like that have no need to even live.

They say you can tell is someone is truly a sicko early on if they like to hurt or torture animals when theyre kids..

<font color="green">Don't believe everything you read folks.

Tulsa is famous for saving face.

This story will be in the paper and on the news today and today only and then it will fade away.

If it went to trial, right or wrong, it stays in the headlines indefinitely.

It's the RedNeck way of dealing with things.

We have a HUGE homeless problem here.

They literally get away with murder as you've just seen.

This guy had been lurking around the bar for a long time and the POLICE had been called about him and others on numerous oc***ions.

Sometimes they show up on time to do something, sometimes late and sometimes they don't show up at all.

This particular guy has even thrown rocks at bar patrons before and ***ton's 54 has a dent in the trunk to prove it.

Does everyone truly think that 350 people would show up for the funeral of a guy that runs around beating homeless people?

Give me a break and keep your hole shut if you don't KNOW all the details.

I will not have the memory of Shawn disgraced.

Take a look at that guys face, does it look like he was beat up with br*** knuckles?

I wasn't referring to shawn at all. Being a business owner in Flint, I'm well aware of the homeless problems, but it seems like ther are some pretty twisted people out there, and as you said, some even get away with murder! [IMG]

<font color="green">That wasn't directed at you or anyone here.

I just want everyone to understand the finer points before it starts here as it already has elsewhere.

No offense to any of you guys that live in Tulsa but....

Tulsa Oklahoma is by far the most festering, dirty city that I have ever been to....
I have traveled over half of my life and I have been to 42 of the 50 United States and well as most of Europe.
I have NEVER seen the amount of vagrancy, homelesness and despair as I have seen in Tulsa. I travel to New York City and stay in Manhattan about every month or so....
Trust me, you hear sirens all night long.
I spent 3 nights in a downtown Tulsa hotel last week and I felt like I was in Manhattan.
How can a middle-America town... a fraction of the size of Manhattan have all of these problems that require the sirens to sound ALL NIGHT LONG?

I have NO faith in the Tulsa elected officials... NONE!
We bumped into the mayor of Tulsa Friday evening and Monkey and ***ton sat down and talked to him for a minute about what happened....
First of all, He hadn't heard what had happened cause he was out of town.... Ok, slightly understandable...
But, if I was Mayor of a town, I would know about a MURDER that took place in the town that I was supposedly running.... whether I was in town or not!
Don't these guys have like all kinds of ***istants and aides that can call them and keep them posted?
Anyway... he seemed concerned about what had happened and told us that he would come by the Annaversary party Saturday and say a few words....
    He never showed up!
Is this what the local Tulsa Government is like?
How hard can it possible to rally a community to clean up it's city...
You have to keep in mind that about 99% of the population are good, hard-working people with morales and values not unlike the ones that you and I share....
It is the bottom of the barrel 1% s*** that is blanketing the city with filth and sewage.
I now know at least 3 people who are part of that 1%, bottom of the barrel, low-life, s*** leaching trash...

    1) Terry Badgewell (dead man walking)
    2) The DA of Tulsa (**** for brains)
    3) The Mayor of Tulsa (**** smoking biggot)

I swear to you, that if my path EVER crosses that path of any of the 3 non-humans listed above, I will not bite my tounge. I will not hold my anger. I will not be responsible for the words that I say and the actions that I take.

This is a ****ing nightmare that needs to end with the DEATH OF THE BIG BAD WOLF!!!!

Again, no offense to those of you from Tulsa....
Some of my closest friends now live in Tulsa.
It's just that 1% s***-trash whoring muther****ers that I am talking about.... too bad most of em' are elected officials!

Sick ****ing individual. The depraved acts such as these are on the rise too - that's the scary part. Usually progresses from small animals to people. However the justice system views this as a very minor offense. What a sham.

The world is a dangerous place. It's easy to slip on a patch of ice in the dark of night and crack one's head open. Just look at poor Dr. Atkins. I hope something like this doesn't happen to this poor man by accident. And I hope it doesn't happen SOON.

I hope that I don't load up my Texas (edited for rashy) and head my *** back up to Tulsa....
Do you think that this guy will show his face near the bar again?
Can we find out when he gets relased?
I am not ****ting you.... I will wait outside the doors and follow (edited for rashy) around all day, night, week... and wait for the right moment...
    I am a very pa***ent man.

I just found this quote on the Tulsa county's website...
This is a quote from Tim Harris... the District Attorney that is letting this Ex-con MURDURER walk!

As your Tulsa county D.A., I will strive to incarcerate violent offenders, protect victims' rights, hold juvenile offenders accountable for their actions, advocate for children, preserve family values, and uphold the laws and cons***utions of our great state and country."

    EAT MY ***!

If you would like to send an e-mail to the mayor of Tulsa....

Its said that most female and child abusers start with animals at an early age.
This world sometimes just makes me gag.
Why is it the startling news is always on the front page and most of the acts of kindness and love fall somewhere between the cl***ifieds and the comics. [IMG]

I received a call from a friend who works for Tulsa as a city planner. He discovered that Terry Badgwell had been at the 1974 restaurant earlier the same evening Sean was attacked - trying to start fights with the patrons. He was asked to leave and the police were called. Of course there was nothing done about it. Let's face it - there's no money in locking up the homeless. They can't make bail and they can't pay fines. One of the officers that patrols the downtown area is "good friends" with a dirty thief of a bum named Tony who rides around downtown on a bike stealing from stores and individuals and selling the goods whereever he can.

For what it's worth, I have spent all morning e-mailing and calling the DA's office, the mayors office and channel 8 news....

    Sent this to channel 8....

Please, I challenge you to do more investigation regarding further news reports on the Terry Badgewell case.
This man should not be set free...
He has prior convictions for ***ault and battery and domestic voilence. He is a convicted ex-con. A little bit of investigation will also show you that the police were called to the 1974 resturant hours before Shawn Howard was beaten to death.
The police were called to the resturant because a homeless man was becoming beligerent with patrons and getting voilent... who was this homeless man...
    You guessed it, Terry Badgewell.

Of course they had br*** knuckles in thier pocket...
What would you carry outside in the Brady district at 4:00 AM to take out the trash?
Keep in mind that you are walking past voilent ex-cons sleeping on the street and huffing brake fluid..........
Ask the guys at the bar to show you the dent that Terry made in the trunk of one of their cars a couple of weeks ago......

    thank
    you-

I just gave a statement to the da's office via phone - the secretary I spoke with knew exactly why I had called before I told her. She's been taking statements all morrning. Maybe it won't do any good, but it can't hurt - anyone who is interested please call the Tulsa DA 918-596-5000
