Technical Issue with ez wiring 20 circuit mini fuse kit

Hi all, looking wiring up a ford pickup with a ez wiring 20 circuit mini fuse kit.

Issue is I have one cable ( red , 3 foot long) that is unlabelled coming from the fuse panel. This is the largest cable by far ( lowest guage) and you would think this is the battery supply, but apparently the battery supply is the solenoid power cable which is a smaller, higher guage cable.

Has anyone seen this beforehand with a ez wiring kit?

Larger thicker cable is unlabelled, thinner cable is the solenoid power cable. Has me stumped

I gotta believe one is feed from battery [unswitched] and one is to feed the switched fuses.
