anybody have a clue what this is?
It is gl*** jar with oil? has tube that runs to the intake just below the carb

 

Top end oiler. Used to lube the valves on top side.

Yep as stated. I've a NOS Allstate one here in the OEM box. Thinking of a 'faux' installation?
