anybody have a clue what this is?
It is glass jar with oil? has tube that runs to the intake just below the carb

 

Top end oiler. Used to lube the valves on top side.

Yep as stated. I've a NOS Allstate one here in the OEM box. Thinking of a 'faux' installation?
