Great story, brought back a lot of fond memories. Our junk yard dog was a D and later an E altered. Three of us in the team. Fortunately all three of us have survived life in good form. We still keep in touch. Again, thanks for a great story.

Every day is a great day. It's all what you make of it.

Reminds me of what my Grandpa used to say back in the day as we worked on our cars before we headed out to the drag strip. "you kids are crazy, you spend hundreds of dollars to win a 59 cent trophy".
