So John, hows progress coming along? Hope your vision is still 2020 if you start slowing down, just rip into it like a mad dog and get some **** done.

Have you thought about my proposal for the jalopy showdown?

Mad Dog 2020 is the Devil's juice, and Junior is the Devil. Smart***.

We're going. We'll have to talk to Junior or Sawzall to see if we have a place to stay.

I pulled the body off last week and did a bit more work on the floor. I'm waiting on my master cylinder and panhard bar to finish the ch***is. It's coming along, I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I think I have about 2 or 3 inches compressed. It's been a little while since I had it together, so I can't remember.

I'm sorry to hear that John, but I am quite certain puberty is just around the corner!

You were drinking the Devil's Juice and since Junior is the devil, does that mean you were drinking Junior's Juice? John, it is official...you ARE a gay. Ha Ha ha

So what master cylinder/pedal are you going with?

I'm going to use the Speedway under-floor kit. I'm about out of argon too, so I'm kinda stuck until next paycheck. I think I have enough to tack some stuff up, though.

Peter pan of Terre Haute....not to be confused with Peter Pan of Chicago. Ha Ha Ha

If you need money, maybe you need to go down the road and talk Kitty into branching out to a new market and hiring you as a "cabana boy". Ha Ha Ha If you see her, tell her to quit calling me. Ha Ha Ha

It's been cold, and I have been in quite the non-car funk for a few months. Basically, I've spent about 5 days on it since the Pileup, I have the door latches rebuilt and installed and I have the underdash brake setup all welded and put together. That's about it. I'm more motivated now, but it's about -137 degrees outside so I don't want to freeze.

To drive it I still need to run brake lines and finish the brakes; gas tank and lines; throttle pedal and linkage; wiring; headers; seats; and have a driveshaft made. There are still a ton of details, but I just want to get it running so I feel like I've done something worth talking about.

Here's the last stuff I posted. It was blasted and primed and had floors installed before the Pileup, I guess I should post some pics of that some time.
