I've probably been lurking the HAMB for about six years now. Got around to registering in June of 2009. Now almost three years later I am finally getting around to introducing myself. The name is Bob. Living in the beautiful city of San Antonio. I have been wrenching since I was 12 years old after picking up my first Lowrider Magazine in the 6th grade. Was lucky enough to get a rusty old 66 Mustang as my first car. Have had a couple of undesirable Japanese cars, a few German rides, but have always loved Traditionals. Suppose I have steered clear of the old American steel out of pure respect and genuine fear. Almost 30 now, I think I am finally ready to tackle a project. Trying to get my hands on a Chevy Apache fleet side that has sat in a distant family's yard for the past twenty years. Fingers crossed I can pull off a miracle and get that thing into the shop very soon. Thank you for all the knowledge you have shared with lurkers like me all these years. See you on the road. - Bob

The Locals usually hangout at the Hog stand Resturaunt every first friday of the month and weather permitting, or also at Pig Stand on Brodway the local hot rod swap meets are at Pigstand 2 sundays out of the month and at Advance Auto parts parking lot on Sw. Millitary Drive between S. Flores And Roosevelt rd.
