Seat covers look great. A heat gun will take the side wrinkles out if you know how to do it. I don't but I've seen it done.

Making good progress! A trip to town is a big deal and seats that look comfy too!

Thanks. The reason I asked was I'm currently using PPG Shopline and I'm not impressed. Detailed in my "Weirdness in Paintville" thread...

Would you consider a matched profile flip lid to cover the Holes for the Cups?

  13. So Mr. Fargo, how does it feel to be driving it? What's next? Plans to build that other mopar I've seen in the background with the fins?

  14. Yeah,,,,I’ll bet he’s driving the wheels off of it,,,,,he had better hurry,,,,,Canada only has a few weeks left of pretty weather .
I’ll be glad when he post a new avatar pic of his Fargo in present condition.

  15. I have been driving it quite a bit. My oldest daughter is using it t for grad next June then the new motor will go in in. I need to finish up the interior.
And yes Lloyd the ‘59 Regent is next in line. It’s not getting painted just going to be running and driving then probably going down the road. I have a big block here for it.
The convertible will get a new motor probably in the spring, I have a rebuilt big block here for it already.

  16. Post up pictures of that Regent man, i seen traces of it somewhere but it was just in the background.

I always loved that movie !
When he looked at her and said,,,,,” Okay,,,,,Show me ! “ .

That is a good pic of you and your family as well,,,,,,good memories .

  24. Took the Fargo and the Chrysler to a local show for the towns end of summer festival. Probably 30 ish cars. The show was a fundraiser for a local family going through some tough times, normally I don’t care about trophies and such but I do care about supporting my community. I was asked to be a judge for the show, which was kind of fun!
I was honored when during the awards the Fargo was chosen as people’s choice, an award the people attending voted for (no I didn’t vote!). Great turn out!

Unfortunately other then my junk nothing really H.A.M.B. friendly but some very nice well done cars and trucks. We had some fun and raised some money and had a great afternoon/evening with my family. My kids took the convertible while mama and I took the truck.

Ignore the shmuck in the picture.:)

  25. Badass brother! If you build it, they will come ;) it's all about getting out and driving old cars though, people wouldn't be so pissed off all the time if they had an old car :D good job Lane, the truck looks awesome:cool:

  26. I agree Lloyd, normally I don’t put my stuff in shows but when the community is trying to organize something if no one supports it then it doesn’t happen again.

  27. I'm the same way, there's a couple around here every year, one for a little boy that got killed, couple for buddies that cancer took from us, i always try to go to them. But I also enjoy just getting out and driving. Unfortunately I'm "no car Lloyd" at the moment lol
