    It's even "alive-r" now! I got the correct fan belt and it doesn't leap off the pulley's at speed! Got the timing set properly as well, and the carbs adjusted (by ear), so it sounds even better. It really cackles, and doesn't want to idle below about 850. I'm sure it'll sound better with an exhaust system.

    Sure , back pressure will make it idle down a bit.....rumor going around Santa is looking for a faster sled......Merry Christmas
