Thanks to all for the great comments. I will update this as much as I can now that the show has ended. I spent pretty much the whole weekend there looking for appropriate cars and stories, so I have not been able to post much yet. Hang on!

Survivor Deuce from the late sixties.

Jerry French bought this Galaxy new in 1964. The next week, I blended it in candy blues, greens and purple over a pearl base, then added Metalflake highlights. He stored it since 1972, then brought it out, went through it and debuted at this show. Fifty year old paintjob held up pretty good!

08, it may be a pile to you, but I shot it this year (and previously) because it has a stance that is just about as good as the best I've seen in 55 years of doing this! You made it look good, I just came along with a camera.

I wish we had met; next time.

I ran a half a block with a tripod just so I could get this shot for you (well Ok, for me too). I found out that show management and their enforcers don't much like cars to stop when driving in or out; even less if a photographer solicits them to stop. So these entry and exit shots are all taken of moving targets.
