Art & Inspiration It's the 10.47am AEST Friday Art Show

Just pulled the name out 'o my head cuz it seemed ta fit the pic...............wait a minute YEAH I did it for ya.

 

NOT MINE but some of the coolest flake paint job Ive ever seen on a bike!!! From a guy Condor of the FUCK! Chopper boards...here is what he says. THIS is worth posting.

"As far as the paint, it's all done with a #11 X-acto blade. It starts with easily 40 hours worth of detail body work and prep (these guys want every weld molded everywhere.) Then a combination of H.O.K. silver mini and ultra mini-flake sprayed over course silver, with 4 coats of high build clear as a base. From there it's done a lot like a rock poster, candy goes down layer by layer and then the black mask is hand cut and sprayed. No airbrushes or paintbrushes. By the time one of these is finished I'm a pube hair away from eating a gun. "

Until you've seen it in person, you have no fucking idea how insane-o that paint job is. I took Mr. G and Makoto over to see it when they were here and they flipped their Japanese lids.

that is awesome, and is some of the coolest work I've seen on any of the art shows thusfar. that's f***ing amazing.

Been a looooong time since I jumped into the art show. Sorry Brush, been meaning to call. You know the deal at home...
That pencil project we spoke of MAY rise from the eraser rubbings yet. Let you know.
Anyways, looks like I missed Friday and Saturday for that matter but here is something I did awhile ago.
called "running at midnite by moonlight". kinda hokey but I think it looks cool.

 

I know its sunday but here's what I got . A cooler Unkl Ian donated for the autorama auction (pink metal flake with yellon pearl) and a quarter panel I picked up off the floor at work ( yellow and green metal flake)
