    Its an old arc welder....just like the one I bought at a yard sale for $75 years ago.....works great.

    i actually used a steam cleaner that looked like that
    coils keep plugging up.............at valley auto in glendale socal

    The handle on top looks a lot like the the one on the Monarch lathe I use up at school. As for the name, no idea but I liked reading this.
