Thank you all for your concern during my non-existence. Especially, thanks to Ginger at Tulsa Raceway Park who helped me get on the nostalgia forum. Now that I am back, the subrogation department of my insurance company who administers medicare is hot on my trail to find out just who else was in this recent accident so they can sue them to recover some of their costs for the surgical operations. Well, nobody else was actually involved, I ran over myself. Medicare really does not cover accidents if you have insurance. I looks like I'm going to have to pay for it under my homeowners' insurance so I will be $3,000.00 out of pocket. Any body got any ideas of how I can weasel out of this?
Yeah! Sue the person who ran over your foot! Seize the car that did it [to defray all expenses] I'm sure there's some lawyer's out there that'll help out. Use 2 lawyers ! one for the plaintiff, and one for the defendant you can't lose in this case [ only money that's all ] [that's my "free" legal advice!]
Butch I hear you on the insurance debacle. Recently my wife had a growth appear on her hand, she went to a doctor whom told her " You need to have it removed as soon as possible, if you let it go too long your hand could be crippled". OK so we schedule the surgery and our insurance company says that they will not cover it because it is an "elective" surgery , oh and by the way your premiums are going up almost 80%. This on the same day I lost my job !!!
