Dig it. I'd just scrub it down with some soft scrub to break them letters a bit more and call it good.

 

Hey Ed, there's a show on Nat Geo called "Abandoned". Yeah I know, a ****in' reality show! In short, this group of guys go through old, run down, abandon buildings looking for historic items. I watched it yesterday and the guys went through the old abandoned Pabst Brewery. A lot of really cool things inside, check out a repeat of the show.
